I do not maintain a count on the Euro, however, there are a couple of technical details that I can draw our focus toward for the moment. It has broken out of a down trend line that extends all the way back to 2008. Should it hold this breakout, I would expect it to strengthen, and perhaps for quite some time. However, should it fail, there is a head and shoulders pattern that may then come into play. It’s as if the world is deciding right now whether it wants to have a crisis or not.
